Make It However You Like it.

The other great thing about this viral trend is its versatility. The possibilities are endless. I’m featuring a bacon, cheese, avocado, and tomato wrap below, but you can customize it with your favorite fillings how ever you like. Whatever ingredients you choose, the folding technique remains the same.
Ingredients
- 1 – 8 inch Low Carb Zucchini Tortilla, See Recipe
- 3 slices of avocado
- 1 slice of tomato
- 1 slice bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper for the avocado and tomato
I choose not to use any condiments because I don’t think it needs it. The tortilla, tomato and avocado provide plenty of flavor and moisture on their own, plus condiments add more calories.

Lay tortilla in a flat surface.

Cut one slit in the middle of the tortilla to the outer edge on the right side.

Laying ingredients in quarters, start with the avocado in the lower right hand quarter. Next, place the tomato on the lower left hand quarter. Put the bacon on the upper left hand quarter. Lastly, put the cheese on the upper right hand quarter. You really can arrange the ingredients how ever you like, but one thing to remember is always add cheese on the last quarter because you want the it to be able to melt when you heat it.

Fold the lower right side quarter to the left.

Next, fold the lower left side quarter up.

Lastly, fold upper left quarter over to the right. The wrap should look like a triangle.

Lightly spray a small frying pan with cooking spray and heat to low/medium. Warm up wrap cheese side down so the cheese melts and bonds the wrap together.
